3)Warehousing techniques and inventory classification.
4)Coffee physical and sensory evaluation.
5)Coffee Tasting Protocols (COE / SCAA).
6)Parchment / Pergamino Coffee Threshing.
8)Establish communication with the customers to set their quality requirements.
9)Ensure that the physical and sensory characteristics of the coffee fulfill customers’ requirements.
10)Verify the application of norms, rules and procedures in the internal and external commercialization.
11)Check and update the quality assurance processes in order to improve and maintain the development of the System of Quality Management.
12)Verify equipments of measuring, inspection and testing. To select and evaluate measure equipments. .
13)Perform physical and sensory analysis to export-quality excelso coffee and to issue an origin and quality certificate and develop activities to optimize quality control of export-quality coffee.
Desired Candidate Profile1)Candidate Should be from Latin America (Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay, Venezuela)/ASEAN Countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Vietnam.
